“The whole thing is fun to see what happens,” agreed Carol Clem, a Fort Collins wine aficionado as she swirls the wine and takes in the aroma before she takes a sip.
Patrons will be allowed to make their own wine blends at the location — tasting a flight of wines and then making a mixture to fill a bottle. Customers can also make their own custom wine labels.
“You don’t have to be super smart to do it, you just need an open mind and palate,” said The Preserve director of marketing and events Natalie Diekmann. "It is a truly customized experience."
